How to check Canbus is Registering

Go to Settings --> System --> About Device --> Scroll to CAN Protocol Version 

If it is showing as "unknown" it is not being registered. Check that the C port is plugged in and firmly seated and that the canbus is plugged in properly.

If that is ok, please check that there is no loose wiring that has come out of the pins.
