WARNING: Some frames that cover a portion of the left microphone & reset hole from the regular CC3 screen do not align with the CC3 2K screen. Be aware of this before selecting the upgrade package to your vehicle CC3 package. If you are not sure contact us for support.

Good Android. I think wiring is bit complicated but eventually you will get there, Quality is good. I highly recommend that unit. Customer Support after sales is good too.. Still few glitches to work with car climate control. But they will help you to sort it out.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I've received a wrong unit for my car and had to send it to Australia from my own money. It shows that it was delivered to teyes a month ago according to the tracking number and no response through email until now. I'm still waiting for a refund but it seems that they are scamming people.
The product is very expensive for what it offers. I have a problem with the product in my car which has not been solved yet. I was also charged for a replacement canbus without being responsible for its defect. I am very dissatisfied with the product and the technical support of the product.
Cannot install canbus file ,.. device say
s ,all file are downloaded,except canbus file ..
I still believe that this is wrong canbus .
I got the frame send ,and that was for superb.
In fact ,the packet was meant for superb,you said ,it will fit ...i didnt ,for new frame .
But still have issues.
Rear camere doesnt read
Infact,the system doesnt read my car.
So no i am not happy at the moment..

Overall, I like the Teyes cc3 360 system, but there are a few things that need to be changed.
1. It's very annoying that there are two volume controls. The Teyes volume should be fixed at one point, and I should only be able to control the car's volume from the steering wheel and the factory radio.
2. The 360-degree camera image is too wide, while the rear camera image is too narrow in the split screen. This should be the other way around.
3. The time is displayed very small.
4. Music doesn't start automatically, neither YouTube Music nor from my phone via Bluetooth.
5. In some apps, like YouTube Music, the frame covers the bottom part of the screen, even though the frame-fitting update is installed.
If these were fixed, it would be a very good head unit.
