Great Service -- Product isn't complete

I accidentally ordered the wrong style of mount for my truck, and they were great at getting me a replacement. For the most part it is good, but a few things:

1. The antenna adapter is wrong - you can find alternatives on Amazon
2. The hole for the 12v lighter is not the right size and needs to be wider
3. No installation docs/videos for F150
