This is the first android stereo I've purchased. I did a lot of research before buying and found this to be a very well reviewed and solid unit.
I had issues when I was ready to install mostly with the canbus integrating with the Genesis but Dan from Teyes was exceptional with his tech support. Every time there was a hiccup mostly from me not familiar with the system he helped out. I'm very happy with this unit and the support received. A lot of people will say to not purchase and I say don't hesitate but make sure you buy from an authorized retailer, that's important.
