I like the unit - Hate the poor support

The heat unit is fine and I like it. However I’m having trouble figuring out the A/C settings. I’ve contacted the Teyes support staff several times now. It takes days (4-5 days) to get a response and so far the responses I’ve received are “heres the link to our web site”. If it were on the website I would not have went to the tech support in the first place. I’m 60 days in and everything works but the AC. If I can’t get the AC working I’ll have to go back to the OEM setup, which will be terrible, but I can’t have a car in Texas, in the summer without AC. I’m soooo close, and it seems like a setting that I’m missing but I can’t get the proper amount of help from Teyes tech support. Too bad. I should have heeded all the other poor support reviews about the product I read before purchasing. I thought I could work my way through it.

Hello Wayne, there has been multiple enquries opened up and also responded to with no response. one of which which i found had an email trail, your canbuses do not look like they have been connected. Please continue your discussion with technical, from what i saw, the last contact was in April
