IMPORTANT: The canbus provided outputs accessory 12VDC. Some vehicles have their own dedicated accessory line. If your unit is no booting up, you need to disconnect the G3 line and connect it to the corresponding vehicles own accessory 12VDC line.
IMPORTANT: If you have a factory amplifier, connect the AMP control wire to the BLUE AMP-C wire to turn on the amplifier to turn on the amplifier and get audio.

I got the impression that buying the model specific to my Sprinter that it would be plug and play but no it isn't.
It took me hours to figure out which wire in one of the plugs needed to be moved to provide power when the ignition was turned on.
The videos aren't for amateurs and the online manuals aren't for all cars or vans either!

Love the sound from the Teyes CC3. It looks great and exudes quality. Fitting was straightforward and the fitting kit was very good.
Feedback /,comments; installation instructions really need to provide more information and guidance (it’s a very long time since I installed a ‘car radio’. Explain the need for the ‘CANBUS’ box. The videos were not enough.
The DAB dongle is easy to fit but the provided window mounted antenna feels low quality. Shielding May help to remove garbled noise / reception but I suspect it’s probably unsatisfactory grounding.
The bezel and mechanical fitting of the head unit is superb. The head unit looks ‘factory’. The lack of physical buttons is fine, - once you enable multi finger hand gestures.
The DAB z software is a stand alone app and whilst I have it automatically starting up, it really needs to be more integrated in the units software.
We love the integrated rear view camera. The extra cable we ordered worked very well.
In short, we love the Teyes CC3 but still have some jobs to do to be really comfy with the unit.

I like the product. It fits in my 2014 Sprinter 170 Ext console perfectly; however, the cable provided for the rear camera is about 15-20 feet too short. This is frustrating because I specifically indicated to the sales contact that my van was 24 feet long and 15 feet from the back of the driver's seat to the back door. I was assured that the wiring kit would work but it did not. When I contacted sales about the problem I was originally told that there was no solution available and that they would look into it. What?!? I was told that the item I was ordering would fit my vehicle. I provided specific details to ensure that it would fit....it did not. I found a simple solution which was to plug two cables together. T'Eyes confirmed that this would work and then requested that I pay for the additional cable $37...really?!?
Poor sales support for a great product.
