Not as described

Bought the best version available when purchasing about a year ago. Bought due to the listing stating it worked with the factory 360 cams. Very quickly worked out the cameras do not work and started contacting support. They tried to help but obviously nothing was achieved except the listing being updated to reflect the cameras don't work. Also had a sim card installed. After a few months it refused to use the internet from the sim card. Moved the simcard from the one built into the back of the unit, to the one in the wiring harness and achieved the dame result. Now when im receiving text messages, the unit will display messages received from over 12 months ago randomly.
Looks like I'll be spending more money to change to another headunit that worked better

Good quality hardware.

The hardware seems to be good quality.
Plug and play installation, with supplied wiring harness and cables.
The supplied dashboard trim piece was not a perfect fit.
The screen is bright and high res.
A little bit of software instability and occasional freezing of Waze, but very configurable.

Bought the 2K CC3 32G. I’d recommend getting their dashcam. Everything seems to work well. Steering controls, 360 Camera & Wireless CarPlay. The SWC camera button doesn’t work

bad fitment

Thank you for reaching. I just got the car there was a big waiting list, I whent to install the facia and it does not fir properly the A/C control panel, and the two black plastic trims that go on each side do not fit AT ALL. Really dont know what to do hope you could help or send the proper facia.
