After a few problems i was able to contact Dan at teyes who sorted them out with no hesitation. I think i was more part of the problem than the solution. However the unit was repaired and returned in great working order. Dan helped explain to me how to update the software and ever since the unit has been working great. I would certainly recommend teyes as all my experiences have been good i must admit the problems i had were of my own making but still teyes fixed them.Id just like to commend Dan for all his patience and great willingness to help resolve my issues.And the customer service deserve a special mention to for all the help and assistance they gave many thanks to all of them
