Good equipment now that it's installed, but MAN was this a 3 week PITA. The information is out there, but it's located in like 20 different spots, a lot of it on competitor forums! If your front speakers don't work, I learned it's because the sound apparently goes through the On-Star box and that needs to be hooked up. If your steering wheel controls don't work, that's because the switch setting is on the product sales page, not on any of the instructional materials. The wiring harnesses are just guess and check, honest, you have to just start plugging crap in because there is nothing at Teyes that tells you what goes where. You should test your cameras before gluing them down or else the backup lines will always be crooked and can't be fixed later. You should take a picture of the QR code in the box, because if you lose that you have no ability to find the silent film showing how to install the headunit. The silent film kind of shows where nuts and bolts are, but you see the guy in it splicing cables and doing a whole bunch of stuff without any indication of what cables are being spliced, or why.
Its tough, but if you're willing to dive through the internet for dozens of hours, you can probably do it. Just be meticulous about keeping your car clean as you do, particularly when you work with the door panels!
