This unit was not built to be entirely compatible with Subaru Outbacks for the range of model years advertised. Installing the unit in an American Subaru required ordering special parts from Japan due to differences with the Asian Subaru models. Yet, even the Asian parts did not fit perfectly on the unit. Communication with the manufacturer was fruitless and the unit appears to have been refurbished, rather than new as advertised.
The package is well packed super radio, I will write more after installation.
The A/C vent and tablet housing doesn't fit well on the aperture of the dash and missing the duct connection to the vent.
The radio is great. The kit also includes a rear view camera and an out-of-touch microphone. But there are questions to the frame-without a file, the air ducts do not dress normally on it
The frame, as previously said, does not fit the right-hand drive, so-so plastic, but the radio is my respect to the developers!
