Packaging seemed Good. Could have been better with some bubble wrap.

The head unit was easy to install and works out of the box very well in my 2013 BRZ. Except for a small bug in the software where you can't choose Google Maps on the home screen, since that will put Maps in a weird picture-in-picture mode. It would also have been nice to have a physical volume knob. But overal very good quality and the interface is really pretty!

This android head unit works great inside of my 2013 scion frs, it came with the dash board trim kit as well as cable adapters, making the installation fast and easy. I will note that the trim for the stereo does require some trimming before install, and the mounting screws seem to trip easily, but other than that it is great. Bluetooth carplay automatically connects as long as Bluetooth is on during the car startup, and wired works great as well. I would suggest buying the 2k upgrade as I did, and considering the 360 upgrade as you can't add these later.

A lot of functions worked but a lot did not work right of the box. Have problems with wireless and wired phone connectivity. A lot of apps require a subscription but music plays well

Ordered the unit based on some fantastic reviews of a few Yandex drivers in Russia. Loved the features and the capabilities of what they were showing me.
Unit came in very quickly (I'm located in the UAE). Installed it in my 2016 BRZ. Unit powered on and responded to touch however no sound was coming through my speakers.
Checked the forums for anyone having a similar issue with no result.

Contacted customer support and that's where the issues started. The response rate is appalling. I am technically inclined and stated that I'm able to troubleshoot the issue with their guidance but every response seemed like they're not willing to help.

The unit itself look great and is built great however I cannot comment on it's use or how it functions as right now, it is simply a very large paperweight.
