Horrible customer service have to wait days for help

Great head unit, but...

The unit works flawlessly, but unless you are an experienced auto radio/stereo installer, the install will be enormously challenging. The unit comes with no instructions the FAQ site is not searchable. Having said that, I must add that customer service is extraordinary and always made every effort in order to guide me during the install process. In the end, everything works and I'd buy from this company again.
