Note 1: A high number of clients are not noticing the very bottom notice, you require the Teyes sony lens camera as the OEM camera will not function with this unit. In order to have reverse image and also live feed, please note to add the reverse camera when checking out.

Note 2: As of the 28th of October, A & B harness are now integrated into a new ONE harness. Not all plugs will be required so be cautious during install.

Note 3: BEFORE disconnecting OEM head unit:

* Set fade & balance to center

* Set volume to Maximum

NOTE 4: To prevent potential A/C & Sound control issues, you can do the 2 following techniques -

1) Turn on accessories power --> Turn on the A/C --> Remove OEM head unit and replace with T'Eyes head unit --> Turn on accessories and test A/C

OR

2) Turn on accessories power --> Turn on the A/C --> Switch off accessories --> Remove OEM head unit and replace with T'Eyes head unit --> Turn on accessories and test A/C

IMPORANT: YOU MUST SET THE A/C TEMP MANUALLY ON THE ORIGINAL HEAD UNIT BEFORE REMOVAL, DO NOT LEAVE IT AS "MAX COLD" OR "AUTO" OR THE A/C DISPLAY ON THE CC3 WILL BE STUCK AND NOT REACT TO COMMANDS

NOTE: IF EVERYTHING IS WORKING DO NOT UPDATE CANBUS PROTOCOLS

IMPORTANT: If you have this symptom as this video below. The incorrect connections are being used. This must be corrected and it will work.

While I just unpacked, everything is in place, everything is whole.

Do not buy this

I typically don't give bad reviews, but I thought I did my research on this unit before buying – and wish I would have listened to the negative ones that I read. I followed all of the directions I could find and installed the unit without too much trouble. I had never done anything like this before, and surprised myself by pulling everything out, and wiring it up, plus new front and rear cameras. But the unit itself isn't great. It looks like it SHOULD be great, but there is a lot of functionality that really just doesn't work. I mean like actual buttons that do not DO anything. Like they should do something, but they don't work. The interface is not very intuitive, and there is really nothing out there but other people's YouTube videos to instruct you on how to set things up. I've done the Factory Reset like eight times now because of the until freezing up and not allowing me to move forward. The music sounds one way on the radio, and a different way when using the CarPlay or Spotify. It's just not the silver bullet upgrade I was expecting, and I'd kind of like to pull it out and sell it on eBay or something. Right now, it like half works, and it's frustrating and cumbersome every single time I get in my vehicle. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

Dear Ryan, this sounds like an installation issue. This type can be complex and we would encourage you to contact support as you should not be struggling and those buttons do have a function.
