I have a CC3 2k with the full package of accessories, front and rear cameras, DAB, OBD2 port etc. The HU itself is great and delivers on its promises, the full spec unit is quick to respond and feels worth the money I paid. The sound quality is excellent, although there is a faint hiss (not earthing issue) when the unit isn't playing anything, this quickly goes away when any audio is sent. However, the implementation of the cameras is odd, there is no 247 recording on the HU, that is done to SD card in the camera itself. Reversing camera is not auto recorded as far as i can tell, a bit disappointing tbh. A good upgrade here in the future would be to record everything and let the HU manage / upload / access those files.
The DAB radio is connected but cannot find any stations.
The OBD2 port cannot be paired currently - when searching for it the head unit just doesnt see it, so i get none of the HUD data...
The unit if used as just a standalone unit is fine, android version is outdated and this does show when you get thrown back to raw android settings screens. The unit becomes confusing when used with car play or android auto - with the unit swapping between audio sources.
You are at the mercy of android devs as well - my steering volume controls work fine everywhere except tidal where the next track buttons dont function, but when used through android auto they work fine.
Overal its a great product and im happy enough with it, Teyes support has been closed since i had the unit fitted so haven't been able to talk to them to resolve anything yet but imagine they'll be helpful when they re-open, frustrating situation currently though.
