CarPlay Connecting Issues
Step 1: Make sure that the F port is connected. This has important Bluetooth and Wifi connections that CarPlay utilises.

Step 2: Make sure your 5G wifi antenna is connected
Step 3: With CarPlay, connect wirelessly first. Some users have reported that when pairing via USB first, stops the phone from connecting wirelessly.
Step 4: Only use the Carlink app pre-installed with the unit. Do not use the CarPlay settings on your iPhone.
Step 5: Make sure that the bluetooth module is registering.
Step 6: If having trouble connecting via USB cable. Make sure you are using a genuine apple cable and it is in good condition. You may have to try another one to cancel out this possibility.
Step 7: Make sure you are running the latest firmware
Step 8: Initiate a factory reset
Lately there has been a spike in CarPlay not working. We believe this is related to iOS.
Reports of updating to the latest iOS has resolved this issue.

Problem:- Android auto suddenly stopped working – can’t play music or do voice control via Android Auto
Solution - Update the google apps to have android auto on the phone updated again.
