I was impressed all the way through, from packaging to use. Naturally, I would give it 4/5 due to documentation, but i understand they are a smaller international company. The information is out there on their site, just got to dig a bit. Overall I did a lot of reading before getting the unit and having that knowledge ready beforehand helped a lot and everything worked fine from day 1. The Mk6 adapter was sturdy and fit perfectly, steering wheel controls worked as expected, and customer support was fine. car: '14 VW Jetta Sportwagen
My only recommendation to Teyes is to add more sub menus to increase menu page space to prevent "text scrolling" as that can be very time-consuming. and *if possible* release an update that bypasses Android's own 20Hz Hpf as that would make this head unit perfect.

The product is gorgeous. Sent in 5 days. very nimble, I saw the radio recorders of other companies based on Android, they do not stand nearby. The seller quickly answered my questions and was polite throughout the communication. There was a problem. came a non-working camera. The next day they sent me a new one. I hope normal will come. I will add feedback later
