Honestly, two stars might be too much. Something ALLWAYS doesn't work. Whether it be a backup cam that would freeze or constant connection problems with Android Auto. In the beginning, I was using a hotspot from my phone to have full function of the unit instead of Android auto and had to reset the unit at least 3-4 times a day since it would lose connectivity to satellites constantly. Two updates later, waze is not running anymore, so I had to start using Android Auto. But it also has connectivity issues. It might wirelessly connect or might not. USB ports do not provide enough output, so even when connected, the phone is not charging, and the the battery is depleted, although at a slower rate. The dashcam stops working, and the DVR interface is not responsive to format the card or getting into settings; only the exit button works. Sound quality is simply trash and worse than the factory system. I have tried it all, from cheap walmart speakers to high-end Rockford Fosgate. It still sounds like trash. A lack of manuals and explanations of the functions can get frustrating. How-to videos cover maybe about 2% and primarily installations (not entirely still). Customer support is hit or miss, but even if you get a response, it will not be in a timely manner. Overall it has potential, and I wish it would work as intended, but it is utterly raw product, and after two years of frustration, I will be replacing it today.

Two months in, fitted myself with no prior experience, bit overwhelmed with the sheer amount of settings that are available but after watching all T’eyes videos on YouTube several times have got everything working as it should, really amazing bit of kit, have since added new speakers and a sub, amazing sound but 27 channel EQ takes some tweaking but I’m getting there 100% happy and 100% recommend

Plug and play only problem I had was HDR camera broke and stopped all usb ports working Teyes sent new camera and motherboard all working perfect now

The radio is great. Everything to connect is there. The screen is super. Works smartly. The only buttons on the track switch steering wheel work per revolution.

Radio fire! Has fallen into place as a regular one, has not yet replaced the standard speakers, but the sound has already become a level higher, while it is so OCS. With a radio recorder as a gift was a rear view camera Teyes AHD-with a crazy picture resolution-you can really see every pebble on the road day and at dusk. The radio does its money on the 110%
