Volkswagen Caddy 2K 3 III (2004-2010)

Well Happy with m'y purchase very good Head unit the mounting Frame fit perfectly. Mostly one thing that could be perfected is the user and factory settings that are Not so easy to understand.

I love my CC3 2K but frankly it has been an absolute pain to install. None existent instructions and so many needless cable harnesses spoil what should have been an easy install.
It simply isn’t good enough relying on very selective youtube videos on how to do things. As an example, there is no video or instructions on how to add music tonthe damn thing. I spent ages trying and eventually succeeded but no album artwork and no playlists.
Setting up the OBD and CANBus systems was equally painful. My vehicle never showed up but lots and lots of vehicles you’ll never, ever hear of again do show up. I have some bits working but it still doesn’t show 90% of what it should.
So, a great product let down by very bad support.
Having said that, the Australian help desk was great to anpoint.
